Tungara Frogs

April 3, 2012 One night of rain, and what do you get? Frogs and pollywogs! No wonder people used to think frogs came in the rain.
The link below connects to a video I took of some Tungara frogs. One is 'singing' away. You can see the tadpoles/pollywogs swimming around. I usually hear them at night, but today was overcast and I guess they were fooled into thinking it was twilight time. The video is only a few seconds, but it's long enough for you to hear just one of the sounds in the rain forest. Pour vous, Lafitte:
